Paradigm Service and Ethics Academy (PSEA) is a finishing school that produces professionals who are work-ready, customer-oriented, and ethical.

We carefully select fresh graduates and take them through a 10-week intensive program that transforms them into a viable asset. We then help place them in organizations for full employment.

The 10-week program covers the following areas:

- Customer Service

- Ethics for the Workplace

- Key Workplace Skills

- Social and Emotional Competencies

This program will be at no cost to participants and takes in graduates from any academic background with placements aimed at organizations where each participant will have the chance to practice in their area of core competence and interest.
